that walked out of the DMV without additional problems
A month ago or more, I realized I lost my permit. Since I'm lazy, I took my sweet time going to the DMV to get a duplicate. My father took me today because it was bothering him more than it was even bothering me, and after I tell my story I get informed they can't give me another one although I drove out of my way with all my I.D. required to get it. I called my driving instructor again and left a message since "he's the one that gets me the new one". I get a call back within 10 minutes...
He's going to send me the papers I need to fill out to get the new permit for Saturday, and tells me it'll cost me 3 dollars.. the lady at the DMV said it'll cost me $35.
The amount of idiots in the world these days..
